A weeklong deep-dive into the natural magic of childhood and the earth, for ages 4+! An educational and experiential summer camp where outdoor education and play meet intuition and magic. We aim to empower children to embody the unique genius that lies within, cultivate a relationship with the natural world, consciously create their life experience, and learn tangible skills that will excite their developing minds and hearts. experienced adults in outdoor education, child care and camps, will facilitate the experience on a gorgeous private property with access to a large garden, bountiful nature, a running creek, and so much more. With our genuine care for each of the children, parents can trust us to facilitate a safe experience. We put our heart and soul into the creation of our curriculum with hopes that this is just the beginning of an ever expanding community for years to come. Meet the Core Team
Madeline is the enthusiastic leader of the Natural Mystics Kid's Camp. With a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and over 10 years of experience in outdoor education and child care, she is dedicated to fostering a deep connection between children and the natural world. Passionate about starting young, Madeline aims to help children connect with their body, mind, and spirit to make the most of their childhood. By helping them understand their feelings, feel loved, and recognize their inherent connection to the Earth, Madeline empowers children to embrace their limitless potential. Through a creative approach, she ensures that children have fun while making meaningful connections, crafts, and memories that will last a lifetime.

We will be joined by an assitant teacher consistently throughout the week, to comprise a core team of 3, with a new guest teacher every day. A total of 4 adults facilitating each day with the support of the family who owns the land onsite.

Our Beautiful Location
Hoppy Hollow House
Located on a gorgeous retreat center style homestead, fifteen minutes east of downtown Nevada city, tucked into a unique valley that has been mindfully cultivated since the 70s. this historical private property is a vast exploration space bordered by trails and fire roads. There is a fenced garden with 20 cultivated beds, access to a running creek, orchard trees, and a whimsical inspiring landscape interspersed with medicinal plants.
We will mostly be outside, with many shady areas for our activites and a shallow creek to cool off and play in. Lots of land to walk around and explore. We small potties that we will strategically place for bathroom breaks and access to an indoor toilet.
We have a Refrigerator to store your child's lunch. We will have first aid on hand and access to the home on the land for any additional needs that arise.
